The Seven Chakras of Connection

When it came to connections I used to get very confused. I would feel an instant magnetism to someone only to discover that person wasn’t a good match, either personally or in business.

Yet at other times the attraction wasn’t there but once a connection was made and the results were fantastic. I didn’t understand the connections I was making and the impact that had on the relationship.

When I discovered how to connect properly with people both personally and in business my whole world changed. Connecting with people on a level that makes them comfortable and I knowing exactly what their intentions are is easier.

• It has allowed me to attracted a partner who is in line with my true core values and resonates at the same frequency as I do, making us more compatible.
• I network with the right people and understanding the level they are coming from which allows me to alter or adjust my interactions to suit their needs.
• My communication and interactions with my children and family has improved immeasurably through all interpersonal aspects such as writing, verbal and in non-verbal ways.

I want to share this energy experience with you and show you how to really connect with people using the correct exchange of energy. It is all done through our Chakras and we connect on different levels.

The Chakras

Chakras are the seven power points of life force in the body and translated means wheel or disk of light in Sanskrit. They are the areas in the human body that circulate energy or the life force known as prana. The main Chakras are vertically aligned in the centre of the body close to the spine. If they are unbalanced or blocked, it can affect physical, mental and spiritual health.

The Base Chakra – Survival – I Need

The Root or Base Chakra links us to the physical world, solidity and support – especially to the physical body. It is the foundation of energy and is associated with personal safety and security issues. The Base Chakra manifests strongly in the motivation to ensure personal survival by way of food, rest, and sexual expression. Spiritually, the base chakra has to do with protection of individual integrity. Attraction on this level is about physical connection or connections regarding a physical nature such as finance, security, sex and ambitious drive. What it is that is needed for survival?

The Sacral Chakra – Longevity – I Want

The centre of the Life Force of the body is the Sacral Chakra. It is about our relationships, creativity, sexuality, control and money. Here we develop individuality and realise we are a separate entity from our parents and family. We learn about the polarity of opposites, male and female, positive and negative. When the Sacral chakra is in balance you have grace, feel pleasure in life, enjoy yourself and find you are flexible in both body and mind. Attraction on this level is a connection regarding the wants of you or the other person. How can I fix them or what can I do to help? What is it that they or I want?

The Solar Plexus Chakra – Personal Power – I Have

Self-honouring and self-learning starts here. A healthy third chakra honours emotions, warmth, intellectual understanding, and self-confidence. When in balance physically you have strength to fight infections and are free of allergic reactions. Spiritually, you are free to interpret the world through your own thoughts and emotions and not live in fear of violating the dictums of others. To create balance in this chakra means getting the balance between your intuition and intellect correct. Attraction on this level is about what you can learn, gather or achieve in the connection. What’s in it for me or what can I get out of this connection?

The Heart Chakra – Love – I Become

The heart chakra is the integration point for the seven chakras of the body, because it holds the sacred spark of the divine and the intuition of the Mother. It is the balance between the below more physical chakras and the above more spiritual ones. When the heart chakra is in balance we are relaxed, accepting and interact easily with others. We can deal with the ebbs and flows of emotional relationships, understand their cyclic nature, and accept the changes. Attraction at this level is about finding connection with a win-win situation or result. Unless both parties feel the same way growth and expansion will not happen.  

The Throat Chakra – Expression – I Relate

This chakra is all about choice, willpower and the right to speak and be heard. What we say is caused by unloving or loving imprints from our past. It is through this chakra that we manifest what we want in life. Since it’s between the head and the heart it works to maintain integrity between what we think and what we feel as the voice of the body. Attraction at this level is about connecting through communication. When we relate well with someone either verbally, non-verbally or through writing, our judgement can become clouded and irrational.

The Third Eye Chakra – Perception – I Know

Our intuition and our ability to see with vision comes from here. It’s the centre of divine wisdom, the spiritual eye that seeks to see and know the truth in all things. Our intuition becomes our guide. A healthy third eye gives us the power to perceive every reflection from the outer world, as a direct call for us to accept it as ours, heal and love it. Attraction at this level is connection to visualisation, dreaming and imagining. When connecting at this chakra we can see how the relationship or interaction will develop or where it will go. The ability to connect strongly here may help you create a mutual future together.

The Crown Chakra – Spiritual – I Am

The life force from the creator penetrates into our energy system through the crown. The crown chakra is the body’s primary co-ordination centre. It ensures a connection to universal sources of energy and with the world as a whole. The crown chakra is our gateway to the expanded universe beyond our bodies and it controls how we think, and how we respond to the world around us. Attracting and connecting on this level is about acting without thinking. It is the automatic responses we have when we are with the people around us.

Remember we attract back what we emanate out so make your energy positive, bright and harmonious and always trust your intuition.
