Fully Experience The Journey Of Trust - Intuitive Nature

Fully Experience the Journey of Trust

You’ve allowed change to flow into your life. You’ve opened yourself to new possibilities. Now comes the most powerful step, experiencing it fully. Too often, we get caught up in analysing, planning, or worrying about what’s next, but true transformation happens when we immerse ourselves in the present moment and trust that we are exactly where we need to be.

The Power of Being Present

Think of a time when you were physically somewhere but mentally elsewhere. Maybe you were at a beautiful beach but thinking about work, or sitting with a friend but replaying an old argument in your head. When we’re stuck in the past or anxiously looking toward the future, we miss the richness of what’s happening right now.

Experiencing life fully means engaging with the moment—not just going through the motions, but truly feeling, sensing, and being present with whatever arises.

Embracing the Fullness of the Journey

Life is a journey, and every experience—whether joyful or painful—holds meaning. There was a moment in my life when I had no choice but to be completely present.

I was attacked, and after a blow knocked me unconscious, I came to while being dragged into the back of a car. In that moment, every sense heightened—fear at the forefront. I could taste the blood in my mouth, smell the cigarettes and alcohol in the car, see the look in their faces, hear the disgusting words they spoke, and feel the pain as they helped themselves to me.

Fighting back only resulted in more bruises. Realizing that my resistance wasn’t changing the outcome, I released control. My body went limp, and my mind shifted: If I can’t stop this from happening to me, how can I stop it from happening to someone else?

In that instant, my spirit left my body. I was no longer trapped inside that space—I was witnessing it from above, detached from the pain and fear. I saw the blood at the corner of her mouth, but I could no longer taste it. I saw the energy leaving the top of her head as she was pulled into the car, but I couldn’t feel it. There was pain radiating from different parts of her body, but I wasn’t connected to it. I was simply observing.

Then, the answer to my question came through, loud and clear. And just as suddenly, I was back inside my body—feeling everything all at once. The pain. The fear. The emotional trauma. But also, a knowing. A deep understanding that this experience had meaning, even in its darkness. And with that, I made a choice: I would follow through on the support and guidance I had been given. I would find purpose beyond this moment.

The full story will be in my next book, and I’ve shared it on other podcasts. But what I learned from that experience has shaped the way I trust life, surrender to the journey, and embrace every moment—even the hardest ones.

How to Fully Experience the Process

  • Engage Your Senses – No matter what you are experiencing, be fully present in it. Whether you’re drinking a cup of tea, walking through nature, or spending time with loved ones, pay attention to what you see, hear, feel, and taste. Let yourself experience each sensation fully. Even in my darkest moment, my senses were heightened, anchoring me in the now. Presence is power.

  • Release the Need for Control – There are moments in life where we have no control over what is happening to us. But we do have control over how we respond. Let go of the need to force things, and instead allow life to unfold as it’s meant to. In my experience, releasing control didn’t mean giving up—it meant finding another way to navigate through the impossible.

  • Find Meaning in Every Moment – Even the most painful experiences carry lessons. Rather than resisting them, ask yourself: What is this teaching me? How is this shaping me into a stronger, wiser version of myself? That night changed me, but it did not define me. It gave me an understanding of life, death, and everything in between. It helped me see the energy of pain, the detachment of spirit, and the strength that comes from reclaiming your own story.

Surrendering to the Experience

There is freedom in surrender. When you stop fighting the process and allow yourself to fully experience whatever is unfolding, you step into flow. You begin to see that every moment—whether joyful or challenging—is a vital part of your journey.

So, take a deep breath. Feel where you are right now. Trust that every step, every experience, is leading you exactly where you’re meant to be.
