To kick off the workshop, we need to get the guests’ energy flowing positively. This can be done through an active meditation that gets the energy flowing within each individual and creates a fantastic group response. You can still have background music, candles, and bubbles – the best part is you can talk, chat, laugh, and joke with those around you.

This is where an active meditation shines.

This active meditation is best done with participants seated at a large table, interacting together while still focusing on their own experience. The guests are given a mandala image to colour in, and they can begin colouring. The mandala helps the guests get into the right energy flow in a way that’s enjoyable and interactive. This workshop isn’t about sitting cross-legged, eyes closed, and being quiet; it’s about getting into a positive flow of energy and making the experience even more fun. Once this energy is flowing (and it doesn’t take long), the rest of the intuitive workshop can continue.
